The process for obtaining a Transfer Certificate is designed to be smooth and transparent,
provided all school policies and financial obligations are met by the parent or guardian.
Withdrawal & Notice
A three months' prior notice before the commencement of the new
academic year is required for withdrawal.
Requests for TC should be submitted during the first week of March.
Failure to provide notice will require payment of the first term fees and
textbook fees.
Application Process
Application must be made in writing by the parent or guardian who
signed the admission form.
The Transfer Certificate will be issued only to the
parent/guardian.
The process ensures the safe handover of official documentation.
Clearance of Dues
TC will be issued only after all outstanding dues to the school
have been fully cleared.
Includes tuition fees, library books, and any other miscellaneous charges.
A "No Dues" status is mandatory for processing the request.
Issuance Fee
A fee of ₹300 must be paid for obtaining the Transfer Certificate.
Payment should be made at the school administrative office.
Official receipt will be provided upon successful payment.
