Transfer Certificate (TC)

The process for obtaining a Transfer Certificate is designed to be smooth and transparent, provided all school policies and financial obligations are met by the parent or guardian.

Withdrawal & Notice

  • A three months' prior notice before the commencement of the new academic year is required for withdrawal.
  • Requests for TC should be submitted during the first week of March.
  • Failure to provide notice will require payment of the first term fees and textbook fees.

Application Process

  • Application must be made in writing by the parent or guardian who signed the admission form.
  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued only to the parent/guardian.
  • The process ensures the safe handover of official documentation.

Clearance of Dues

  • TC will be issued only after all outstanding dues to the school have been fully cleared.
  • Includes tuition fees, library books, and any other miscellaneous charges.
  • A "No Dues" status is mandatory for processing the request.

Issuance Fee

  • A fee of ₹300 must be paid for obtaining the Transfer Certificate.
  • Payment should be made at the school administrative office.
  • Official receipt will be provided upon successful payment.
